Concrete filling station:
Fully automatic mixing plant for fresh concrete from 0.15 m³

With a promix concrete filling station, you offer your customers fresh concrete in small quantities via self-service – fully automated using QR code control. The concrete mixing plant has a modular design and can be expanded at any time.

Who can benefit from a concrete filling station?

Fresh concrete in various mixtures and small quantities is in high demand – whether C12/15, C20/25, or pervious concrete. Building material retailers, smaller construction sites, and landscaping businesses (GaLaBau) in particular benefit from a concrete filling station as an additional service. Self-collectors save themselves the trip to the concrete mixing plant and obtain fresh concrete directly from you – even on weekends and outside your opening hours.

Configurable concrete filling station – modularly expandable

Thanks to its sophisticated design, you can configure the concrete filling station according to your requirements. This allows the small concrete mixing plant to be expanded quickly and easily. You have the choice between various mixers, conveyor belts, material bunkers, and cement silos.

We deliver your concrete filling station turnkey – from planning and financing to commissioning – and continue to support your plant afterwards with maintenance and spare parts.

Innovative operation with QR code & management software

Our concrete filling stations are equipped with QR code control as standard. As an operator, you can conveniently manage concrete recipes, customer accounts, and retrieval statistics from the office using the management software – without being present at the plant.

Digital delivery notes are automatically created and transmitted. Furthermore, the control system offers additional functions that we would be happy to present to you in a personal meeting or video conference.

Operating models: One-time ticket, customer card & self-service payment terminal

One-time ticket

With one-time tickets, you supply customers who require advice and do not collect concrete regularly.

1

Create one-time ticket

A QR code ticket is generated using the management software. The recipe, quantity, delay time, and water correction are stored on it.

2

Scan QR code at self-service terminal

Production is ordered via a scanner at the self-service terminal. The QR code ticket is invalidated after a single scan, and all information regarding the concrete purchase is transferred to the management software.

3

Production starts

After scanning, production starts fully automatically and can be tracked in real time via the touch panel of the self-service terminal.

Customer card for regular customers

You can enable regular customers to purchase on account using a customer card.

1

Create customer card

The customer is created in the management software, and a customer card protected by a PIN is generated for them. This step is only necessary once at the beginning.

2

Select type and quantity

The regular customer selects the recipe and quantity directly at the plant’s self-service terminal. The mixing process starts fully automatically, and the digital delivery note is sent to the customer.

3

Invoicing

All details regarding the concrete collection are transmitted to the management software. An Excel list can be exported from this, which serves as the basis for billing.

Self-service payment terminal for walk-in customers (optional)

With this terminal, you enable customers to purchase concrete cashless without a ticket or customer card.

1

Activate screen

The promix self-service payment terminal is an optional expansion that can be installed in addition to the concrete filling station. Customers can start the ordering process directly by tapping the screen.

2

Select type and quantity & pay

On the touchscreen, the customer selects the recipe and quantity and pays contactlessly via debit card, Mastercard, or Apple Pay.

3

Scan QR code & start production

After payment, a QR code is generated. This is scanned at the plant’s self-service terminal, and production starts fully automatically.
